Christopher Gunia, Bassoon

Christopher Gunia has been a member of the Chamber Orchestra of Europe since its formation in 1981. He was born in Leicester and studied at the Royal Academy of Music with Gwydion Brooke. Whilst working as Principal Bassoon in the Israel Chamber Orchestra he undertook further studies with Mordechai Rechtman. In addition to his work with the COE, Christopher performs regularly on a freelance basis with many of the major London orchestras and chamber ensembles.
